Wood processor, accepting logs up to 600 mm in diameter. Versatile and comfortable, it allows the production of firewood and firelighters.
Joining the lineage of the XYLOG 520, the combined sawing and splitting unit XYLOG 600 is the ideal tool for firewood professionals with a substantial production of logwood.
Its cutting system with chainsaw guide bar allows a clean and batch cutting of logs up to 600 mm in diameter, from bottom to top, to adapt to different diameters without sacrificing productivity.
This versatile firewood processor can adapt to your worksite and your type of production. In fixed or mobile version, it offers the possibility to adjust the cutting length to produce logs from 25 to 50 cm, catering to various demands.
For optimal efficiency, the sawing and splitting channels are separated, allowing both operations to be carried out simultaneously. A 35-ton push cylinder then pushes the wood onto an interchangeable splitting cross to split the log into 2, 4, 8, or 16 pieces depending on the needs or wood type.
Evacuation is done by a 4 or 8-meter conveyor, fixed or adjustable depending on the model, to project the logs directly into a trailer.
This XYLOG 600 combined unit has been optimized to ensure intensive, quality work with substantial efficiency. Reliable and versatile, it can be paired with a log cleaner XYLOCRIBLE or a palletizer XYLOPACK for clean and ready-to-deliver wood!

Cutting wood from the bottom up : saves time for small diameters. - Good grip on the wood during cutting : independent hydraulic double clamp to hold the log.
- Possibility of cutting up to 3 or 4 logs in one way, depending on the diameter.
- 35 Tons thrust cylinder with ISO POWER continuously variable automatic speed.
- Hydraulic adjustment of the splitting wedge : in 2, 4, 8 or 16 splits. With XYLOMETER®, automatic positioning of the splitting wedge in accordance with the wood diameter.
- Simultaneous sawing and splitting possible: the cutting area is independent of the splitting area.
Optional: hydraulic length stop to make two 25 cm cuts, then eject them into the splitting chamber and split the two pieces in one stroke. - Possibility of directly removing the pieces that are not to be split.
- Available as a mobile version (540 rpm PTO or Diesel engine) or as a stationary machine (3-phase electric or Diesel engine drive).
- Infeed chain deck : 2 m of 3 chains for the mobile version.
From 6 m on the stationary version. - 4 m discharge conveyor belt with metal bars, foldable and hydraulically adjustable in height for the mobile version. Or 8 m swiveling type and adjustable for the stationary version.
