While the national and international economic contexts remain unstable, marked by persistent geopolitical tensions and a global slowdown in investment, we are approaching 2026 with clarity, but also with a genuine will to move forward.
Despite this challenging context, RABAUD continues on its way with confidence, driven by innovation, the strength of its industrial facilities and its close relationships with its partners.

The year 2026 also marks an important milestone in RABAUD’s industrial transformation.
We are embarking on an ambitious investment programme to strengthen our competitiveness and ensure the sustainability of our production facilities :

• Expansion of our factory to increase our capacity and reduce our lead times.

• Gradual reduction in the use of fossil fuels, thanks to low-carbon solutions : installation of a large photovoltaic park, recovery of waste heat and overall energy optimisation of the site. Ultimately, we are aiming for carbon neutrality.

• Commissioning of a 100% robotised warehouse, the AUTOSTORE system from DEMATIC, designed to speed up order preparation and further improve parts availability for our customers. This new tool will also improve working conditions for our employees.

These structural investments support our long-term vision: a more agile company that is more respectful of its environment and remains faithful to its expertise.
