Designed to provide great comfort to the operator, this professional firewood processor is equipped with a cabin featuring optional reversible air conditioning, radio, and WiFi for year-round operation! The cabin moves according to the cutting and sawing settings to always have a perfect view of the operations.
For even more comfort, the unit has an automatic sawing and splitting mode (optional), allowing the operator to focus on other tasks, such as stacking wood on pallets using an XYLOPACK palletizing machine positioned at the output of the unit.
The cutting is done by a circular saw blade that adjusts its speed based on the required power. Ideal for processing all wood species up to 520 mm in diameter, optimizing blade wear and avoiding overload or underutilization.
It is also possible to make cutting changes at any time, switching effortlessly from one length to another.
Once cut, the wood is conveyed to knives through an adjustable step-by-step conveyor, ranging from 30 to 250 mm, allowing the production of both large logs and kindling.
For clean logs, a log cleaner is positioned upstream of the evacuation conveyor to remove all bark residues. Versatile, this firewood processor is available in a fixed station or mobile version to adapt to your needs!
