Timber shear grab for telescopic : XYLOCUT
The timber shear grab on telescopic handlers: XYLOCUT 300 allows the mechanisation of branches cutting and pruning in total safety and with only one person.
The cutting system is achieved through two clamps and a knife mounted on a mobile assembly. The upper clamp closes around the wood, holding it in place during cutting and until deposition for added safety. The lower clamp then positions itself against the tree, and the knife, guided by the lower clamp, activates, providing a clean cut with a force of 20 tons.
An ideal tree-cutting equipment for hardwoods with the possibility of cutting in bunches thanks to a large cutting diameter of 300 mm.
This cutting grapple ensures optimal ergonomics and adaptation. Its hydraulic tilt allows adjusting the cutting angle as needed and prevents premature wear of the knives.
Versatile, these cutting grapples offer both handling and cutting functions. This cutting tool combines both lightness and robustness. Manufactured in HLE steel, it has a streamlined assembly for optimal protection of its components. It allows intensive use, ensuring operator safety.
