With a lifting capacity of 625 to 1250 kg and a wide opening, they ensure secure handling of various types of sleepers, whether wood, concrete, metal, single or double blocks, ranging from 2.35 to 2.57 meters.
Adaptable to carriers equipped with a handling arm, such as excavators and truck cranes, these railway equipment come in three models allowing the installation of 2 or 4 sleepers simultaneously, thereby reducing handling operations.
Depending on the model, the spacing between the sleepers is adjustable from 0.27 to 0.60 meters to comply with standards and ensure good track stability while reducing noise and vibrations during train passages. A means to automate the measurement process for time-saving and to limit potential errors.
For even more versatility, this sleeper installation tool is equipped with a rotator to rotate the load 360°, an ideal asset for precise and effortless positioning along a chalk line.
To ensure increased safety during sleeper handling, the opening automatically locks as soon as the tool is suspended.
