A family company
Claude RABAUD, founder of the RABAUD company, was originally a farmer. This native of the Vendée fed his life with inventions and allowed his passion for creating new machines to blossom. Today, the family business is run by his 2 sons, Éric and Jérôme RABAUD.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
With over fifty patents registered and a research and development department of around ten people, RABAUD has placed innovation at the heart of its strategy. As a result, 5 to 10 innovative products are created every year, based on your requests and our knowledge of the field.
A NETWORK OF DISTRIBUTORS NEAR YOU
To serve you better, RABAUD has built up a sales network of over 2,000 dealers throughout France. All our dealers receive training in our products to provide you with sales and technical support. The RABAUD sales department, with its 30-strong team, is at your service throughout the year and is present at many trade fairs.
SATISFACTION WITH TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Our 20-strong technical service team will provide you with personalised support and advise you on the use and maintenance of your machine and any parts that need replacing. RABAUD is committed to providing you with all the information you need about your machine, which is subject to precise referencing.
AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS
With over 12,000 parts listed, most of which are in stock, and advantageous partnerships with transport companies (express transport, courier service), RABAUD is the ideal partner for purchasing parts and accessories. For all orders placed and recorded before 12 noon, RABAUD undertakes to dispatch your parts the same day (subject to availability).
DELIVERY BY RABAUD TRUCK
RABAUD has its own fleet of lorries and drivers. Our lorries criss-cross the roads of France and neighbouring countries to deliver the 8,000 machines produced each year on time. The drivers also act as demonstrators, offering customers an additional service (getting the machines up and running, answering questions).

MODERN PRODUCTION TOOLS
Thanks to the “FRANCE RELANCE” plan, we have continued to invest in new production tools in order to improve our productivity and production capacity.
Numerically controlled folding machines, a folding robot, a flow automation system, a hydro paint box… this new industry 4.0 now allows us to carry out complex work, to reduce the drudgery for our operators and to respect our environmental commitments by eliminating solvents from our paint line.
