Tilting mast post driver : MÂT VITI
Compact 95 cm post driver, ideal for vineyards. Posts driven by a 160 kg sliding mass mounted on a mast.
This extremely compact post driver, 95 cm wide, is ideal for narrow vineyards (minimum row spacing of 1.00 m), whether they are flat, hilly, or rugged.
Thanks to its sliding weight of 160 kg mounted on a wear-resistant block, the post can be driven even in the toughest soils. Posts up to 3 m high can be driven.
A standard +/-15° hydraulic tilt allows for driving the posts vertically or installing inclined posts at the end of the row. Also, a hydraulic offset of 42.5 cm, or 1.09 m from the tractor's axis, allows for positioning posts or stakes in the center of the row.
As standard, the drive is provided by the tractor pump with 2 male ½-inch check valve couplers. Optionally, a hydraulic power unit with a flow rate of 10 l/min, driven by the 540 rpm PTO, can be added.
For added safety, the descent of the weight can only be triggered by a complete closure of the hydraulic post clamp and the simultaneous action of both hands on the controls. Also, in terms of safety, translucent polycarbonate shields are attached to this post clamp equipped with diabolos.
