The horizontal F80 log splitter stands out for its grid splitting method, making it unique. It can accommodate logs with a diameter of up to 80 cm inside its splitting channel.
A pusher exerts a force of 80 tonnes to push the logs towards the grid. This splitting grid is interchangeable, offering three models to divide the logs into 16, 24, or 28 pieces. Additionally, the height of the grid is hydraulically adjustable, allowing it to be adapted to the wood diameter by placing it in the center of the log.You also have the option to use an optional XYLOGRUE forestry crane to facilitate the loading of the machine. This crane places the log on a V-channel, allowing it to be positioned in the center and preventing it from getting stuck sideways.The large-scale pusher covers the entire surface of the log, ensuring a better quality split. To increase productivity, the cylinder is equipped with a dual automatic splitting speed.Mounted on a moving axle, this horizontal splitter offers great mobility on the construction site. It is equipped with numerous options and configurations, such as an evacuation conveyor, a reception table, and road approval.Designed for foresters and loggers, this professional wood splitter reduces the diameter of the logs for intensive firewood production.
