The self-propelled spreader AKERA 19H is recognized on construction sites for its high precision in spreading lime cement and its dust-free filling system. Its advancement-controlled dosing system with O-CONTROL makes it the only spreader on the market certified for its binding agent spreading accuracy.
The binder spreader AKERA 19H is a self-propelled 6x6 vehicle with a 19 m³ tank. This new tank allows for faster and dust-free filling.
The treatment of soil with quicklime involves mixing natural soil with lime to improve its characteristics by rapidly reducing the water content, making it load-bearing and usable. To easily navigate these challenging terrains, the chassis of the AKERA is articulated, and the tandem axle mounted on swing arms allows for quick and easy handling. Thanks to extra-wide "low-pressure" tires, it is possible to traverse the most demanding terrains without difficulty. To meet Stage 5 standards, the AKERA 19H is equipped with the new 320 HP VOLVO PENTA TAD 883 VE engine, which is more fuel-efficient (10% fuel savings). Its 100% mechanical transmission ensures simplicity and reliability under all conditions.
The AKERA 19H has disc brakes on all 6 wheels controlled by two independent hydraulic circuits. The forward speed of the AKERA 19H is 47 km/h, and the reverse speed is 33 km/h.
The interior of the cabin provides better visibility with its 7 tinted safety glass windows, allowing for a 360° view. All spreader functions are consolidated on a new control terminal with a 12-inch touchscreen and button controls. On the spreading side, the AKERA 19H offers high efficiency. Indeed, the AKERA 19H is capable of delivering its dosage from 3 to 59 kg/m² at speeds ranging from 2.3 to 6 km/h.
