Machine for straightening steel hoops used in the creation of tunnels in vegetable growing. Repair 2000 hoops per hour.
In order to reuse the steel frames used in the creation of tunnels, RABAUD has designed a marquee hoop straightening machine to mechanize this often lengthy and tedious task.
This machine for straightening tunnel hoops has a straightening table composed of several rollers mounted on eccentrics. Two drive rollers pass the hoop between seven straightening rollers to constrain it and restore its original shape.
For quality work, the advancement speed of the frame is adjustable depending on its condition.
This hoop restoration tool can be powered by the tractor's pump or by an electric power unit, ideal for working indoors.
The range comes in two models: a standard model and an industrial model with an additional reverse-positioned straightening roller bench to constrain the hoop from all angles, offering increased efficiency.
Efficient and secure, it allows a yield of approximately 2000 hoops per hour. It complements the work of the TUNNELMATIC hoop setter by allowing the reuse of frames from one season to another for a more sustainable and cost-effective use!

Main Features
- The hoop, whatever its shape, is engaged in the 4 drive rollers and passes through the 7 or 14 straightening rollers to be reconditioned.
- The hydraulic motor, powered by the tractor pump, rotates the rollers.
- The double-acting spool valve controls the whole system, and is used as a reverser.
- Setting the speed of the roll bar.
