The wood palletizer XYLOPACK is designed for heating wood professionals wishing to store their wood on pallets. This packaging practice facilitates the handling of logs and also optimizes space in your buildings, making stock management easier.
The operation of this log packaging machine is done by the fall of wood into a mold. The mold comes in several sizes to adapt to the size of the pallet. The first logs can thus be spread over its entire surface, allowing optimal wrapping from the first logs.
The mold, equipped with a vibration system, optimizes the placement of logs on the pallet for a perfect hold even after several manipulations.
Mounted on a rotating base, the entire palletizing machine rotates while the mold gradually rises to wrap the pallet.
Packaging is done with a waterproof plastic stretch film to keep the wood dry in good condition or with a net to allow green wood to continue its drying process.
An automation system allows the operator to set the number of turns, the tension of the net, and the duration of the mold's ascent cycle.
This equipment, often placed at the output of a combination or screener for clean wood, allows for a complete setup for producing your firewood!

- Different rectangular jigs (moulds) to better fit the pallets : 80x120cm, 100x100 cm, 100x120 cm, 120x120 cm or custom mold.
- Industrial machine with vibrating system for a better positioning of the log to gain a steady shape for palletizing and for a better filling optimization - RABAUD Exclusivity.
- Stretch and watertight plastic film (for dry wood) or net (green wood).
- Reel support with adjustable net tension system through a restrained roller.
- Hydraulic lifting system of the drum. Maximum height: 1.85 m (including the pallet).
- Machine managed by a module.
- The operator can access the parametere to modify the net tension, number of turns and the timing of drum lifting.
- Possibility to wrap down with the drum placed in high position.
- Radiocontrolled machine.
- Hydraulic unit with three-phase electric motor of 7,5 kW.
