PRICES:

Orders will be invoiced at the price ruling at time of shipment.

Herein prices are ExWorks Sainte Cécile prices in Euro (EUR) excluding packaging.

These unit prices exclude value added taxes or any other tax imposed by law. They also exclude all the costs for any visa.

The prices of the optional equipment are given for order with the machine.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY:

Will be done according to the instructions of the buyer. Our delivery dates are for information purpose only and no liability is accepted for late delivery.

Goods are transported at consignee's risks.

All prices exclude packing, except plastic film wrapping.

WARRANTY:

We warrant all goods manufactured by us to be free from manufacturing defects in normal service for a period of 12 months commencing with delivery of the product to the original user.

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defectuous parts after written authorization of our After Sales Department.

This warranty excludes labour and travelling costs. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage or unreasonable use while in possession of the consumer, including but not limited to : failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, normal wear, adjustments, improper handling, improper or insufficient lubrication, improper storage ...

We shall not be liable for any consequential damages of any kind.

We make no warranty with respect to trade accessories or purchased components. They are subject to the warranties of their manufacturers.

No good return will be accepted without written authorization. Goods return is always at consignor's costs .
