Forage blade for adaptation on sweeper

The blade for pushing aside the feeding is to be adapted on a sweeper Rabaud of the Supernet serie. It allows in one single pass to push the roughage, then the sweeper removes the smallest chips.

This blade adapt in less than 2 minutes onto the sweeper, thanks to the easy system without nuts or screws. The blade is fitted to the sweeper by its wheels.

Many positions allow the adjustment of of the angle of the blade in accordance with the quantity and kind of forage and how wide is the sweeper itself.

A rubber band is fitted on the lower part of the blade. It allows to rub the concrete ground without damaging the blade.

RABAUD, launches a new concept of Professional wood harvester for cutting and splitting logs: the XYLOG 400.

The placing of the logs (4.00m max.) is done thanks to a rough-surfaced conveyor 2.20m long. The cutting process is the main feature in the design of this machine and it is ensured through an oversized chainsaw. This self-lubricated chain is able to work with logs of high diameter (up to 400mm wide). Thanks to the adjustable bump stop, the user can choose the length of the log from 250 up to 550mm.

For an easier wood cutting (almost for the last bit) a hydraulic holder is fitted.

For the splitting operation, RABAUD chose to side-shift the log splitter for a better placing of the log in the splitting canal. The automatic regulation of the splitting power (9.5T on fast speed and 15T on full power) allows to increase the productivity and the machine performances. RABAUD proposes an EXCLUSIVE sharp wedge of 0/2/4/6 adjustable fragments (hydraulic control).

The success-story of the « FARMER » range with now the launch of its new offspring !!!

With the enduring success of the « FARMER » range, RABAUD widens it and launches the F22 FARMER II. The cylinder is fixed from the top of it for a stronger hold, a wide splitting wedge of 300mm, a covered hydraulic unit of 58L/min. with its 60L tank, a bimanual control fitted on the side, the independent log-clamping system. All these features are the guarantee of a long-lasting, powerful and safe machine.

In option, the log splitter F22 FARMER II can be equipped with the hydraulic winch with chain – A RABAUD exclusivity, a post splitter, a 4-side wedge and a counting meter.

This year, RABAUD widens its range of log splitters and proposes for the professionals a log splitter 30T-powered and horizontal with a lifting basket and a log splitter 40T-powered With remote control and to be loaded with a crane (with hydraulic grip).

The Horizontal F31 log splitter, 31T-powered, is fitted with a hydraulic lifting system for the logs to avoid any physical efforts for the use when working with logs.

RABAUD, designs, manufactures and sells agricultural and forestry machines for more than 25 years. Today RABAUD widens its LOG BUNDLERS range and launches: the log bundler with hydraulic trailer unloading, the FAGOMATIC BU PRO.

This log bundler that can be linked to a tractor 3-point linkage is equipped with a cylinder for the unloading. The reinforced cradle is mounted on a high frame for an easier unloading of the bundle onto the ground. The thrust allows the making of regular bundles and strengthen the all frame.

To tie up the bundle, RABAUD proposes 2 supports for coils with guides for the ropes ; these are placed on each side of the log bundler and there is a mechanical tightening system with 4 spurs for logs of 0.50m or 1m long. In option, this system can be hydraulic. Caution: well tightened ropes ensure a bundle that lasts in time even in transport.

Cutting and sucking up: the safe way to maintain the hedges.

With this machine, only one operator safely seated in the tractor is able to work properly and maintain the hedges. In one single pass the machine will cut the hedge, suck up the chips that can be collected into a trailer behind the tractor.

For many years the road contractors expressed their will for turning this job into an easier and safer task. In order to meet their needs RABAUD developed a machine able to cut and suck up these green residues.

Before it is an operation that needed several operators for cutting, collecting and throwing away these plants. It usually is a long and nasty job to do, and above all the safety was not there for the workers walking and working near intense traffic.

The advantages of this new product are the following:

• Offers the maximum safety for this kind of works,
• Improves the performance (forwarding speed around 3 to 4km/h),
• Clear cutting without residue of vegetation or projection.

This system is patented; the machine is made up of a specially designed cutting device which adapts instead of the traditional cutting heads at the end of arm-mowers.

This tool is composed of:

• Circular blades cutting the plants (completion is of shear type),
• 2 convergent drums with vertical axis leading the cut plants to a rotor with horizontal axis that chops and propels the chips into the pipe.

RABAUD provides the sweeping market with a main innovation and launches the 1st ever Towed Vacuum Sweeper with tractor PTO 540rpm drive (for tractor 35HP mini.)

Today many municipalities (for towns counting from 1000 up to 5000 inhabitants) show reluctancy to investing for self-propelled Vacuum Sweepers because of theit high cost.

Furthermore, these town halls are willing to get more freedom for sweeping but it is not the case when they are obliged to hire contractors for such jobs. Knowing that RABAUD, simply proposes an intermediary solution for adaptation onto a tractor and with the same application than a self-propelled machine, but for a lower price.

The Vacuum sweeper ASPIRNET 1300 has a dust tank of 1m3 and is fitted with 2 water tanks of 150L each for improving the sweeping process and avoiding dust projections. The sweeping process is done with 2 large rotary brushes of Ø 700mm parted with an anti-projection rubber guard. The sweeping width is 1.75m and the sucking is done on a width of 0.55m. The collector opens hydraulically up to 1.65m high.

RABAUD, has been designing and manufacturing equipment for the Building Trade for more than 25 years. Today, RABAUD widens its range of hydraulic hole diggers and offers 2 new models: TRH 151 and TRH 201.

These are hydraulic hole diggers specially deisgned for mini-excavators (less than 1T) are easily adaptable on all carriers, thanks to the different fastenings made to measure by RABAUD and/or directly with the quick fit adaptation. These hole diggers can have augers of 150mm (for the TRH 151) and 200mm (for the TRH 201). The augers are driven by an hexagonal-shaped connection of 42mm.

Designed for adaptation on the sides of a truck trailer or a road trailer (90km/h), this machine is specially designed for intensive and hard works. Here are the characteristics of the RABAUD Universal Blower WINDY 600:

• A wide blower sleeve (Ø 200mm) and long too (5.00m) with handle and wheel,
• The sleeve is mounted on a swivelling crane for an easier use,
• Safety valve is there when dismounting the sleeve,
• The blower discharge pipe can be spinned and has an adjustable cap,

PFor private or professional use, RABAUD offers its new Thermal engine hole digger: TRT GARDEN.

Fitted with a thermal 2-stroke engine 2.24HP, 49cm3, this hole digger is ideal for planting works in forests, gardens and for lanscaping works, even for placing posts or drilling of foundations.

Its 3 augers with blades of Ø 100mm, 150mm and 200mm provide a full choice. A hand pump enables the starting by a rope, the operation is easy even after a long use of the machine.

For ensuring the safety, this hole digger is fitted with a gear box equipped with a slipping clutch, a transparent petrol tank, a measuring can and ear-protection.
